Egham-by-Runnymede Historical Society
The Egham-by-Runnymede Historical Society (EbRHS) was established in 1967 and covers north-west Surrey, specifically Egham, Egham Hythe, Englefield Green, the Surrey part of Sunningdale, Thorpe, Thorpe Lea and Virginia Water. The Society promotes interest in all aspects of local history. This includes giving talks of local and historical interest, displays and lectures to outside organisations as well as social functions. Although a society of amateurs, we strive for a professional approach in our research.
The EbRHS have a very close working relationship with The Egham Museum Trust (TEMT).
