Suffrage Moves

On Wednesday 25th October 2017 we took part in the Big Draw Festival.

Jenny Lockyer and Matt Foster worked with a group of children to create this Suffrage Moves video which tells the story of Isabel Cowe who was summoned by the police in Egham for riding her bicycle on the pavement. She had taken part in a big Suffragette Pilgrimage all the way from Edinburgh!

This event was part of our Suffrage in Egham project which was funded by Arts Council England.
